The objective of this Complaint Policy is to establish procedure that is transparent, equitable, and effective for considering and resolving concerns that have been filed by this educational institution’s students. In order to properly handle issues in a timely manner, we are dedicated to listening to them and addressing them. From the beginning, Sun City Welding Academy has made it a priority to fulfill the educational requirements of our students. We have a Certificate of Approval from the Texas Workforce Commision (#s6263).

In the event that you have any problems with Sun City Welding Academy we ask that you adhere to the grievance process that is detailed in the academic catalog. It is imperative that you inform the administration of the school if you are a student and do not own a copy of the handbook.
